Pasquale Cancelliere, DPM, ABPM is a leading podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon, providing specialist services for people living in Sommerville, Massachusetts, and Londonderry, New Hampshire as well as Salem, New Hampshire. Dr. Cancelliere’s practice, Massachusetts Foot and Ankle Specialists, provides state-of-the-art foot and ankle medicine and surgery for patients of all ages.
Dr. Cancelliere was born in Matera, Italy, and came to the United States with his family when he was six years old. He attended medical school in Cleveland, before being awarded an extremely competitive residency in Scranton, Pennsylvania. During his residency, he benefited from extensive training and experience in both trauma and elective reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. He also developed a keen interest and passion for limb salvage surgery and external fixation surgery.
Dr. Cancelliere traveled to Russia to obtain further specialist training at the Ilizarov Scientific Center in Kurgan, Russia. He also completed a reconstructive foot surgery and wound healing fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, and served as Clinical Instructor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Cancelliere continues to travel extensively to conferences, ensuring he stays up-to-date with innovative medical treatments and the latest clinical research.
